Lois L Clark, a long-time resident of Pateros, WA, died on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at home surrounded by her husband, daughter, and son-in-law, and her beloved dog, Tipper.

She was born in Inchelium, WA, on December 1, 1934, to Fred and Sadie Foster. She attended school in Twisp, WA, and graduated from Twisp High School, in 1954. She married Ned Clark, in June of 1954, and lived her entire life in Pateros, WA. She attended Cosmetology School and became a beautician for her career, until she retired, when her husband retired, so they could travel and have fun.

Lois loved painting in the early years and painted pictures from where she and Ned had camped or hunted. She and Ned were avid golfers and played in many tournaments. They traveled with friends with the Road Runners for years. She spent 30 years with her family commercial salmon fishing in the summers. She continued sport fishing for years with Ned in the rivers and loved spending time with her family. Lois loved hunting, camping, golfing, and traveling. She spent 15 years retiring to Palm Springs, CA, and 15 years in Hemet, CA.

Lois is survived by her husband of 70 years, Ned; brother, Dwaine Foster (Gayle) of Lewiston, ID; daughter, Kim Roberts (Jack); son, Stephen Clark (Sally); five grandchildren: Lyndsey Sprinkle (Patrick), Lauren Simpson, Chase Clark (Rae), Evanee Campbell (Mark), Drew Clark (Kelsey); and 13 great-grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held on September 13, 2024, at 11:00 A.M., at the Pateros Cemetery.
